OUR MISSION
MyFamily101 is a UK-based non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering families, improving emotional well-being, and building lasting intergenerational connections. We offer family well-being workshops, monthly mental health sessions, and creative resources to help families grow stronger, healthier, and more connected.
Led by experienced professionals who are also parents, MyFamily101 supports families with relationship coaching, child development resources, and emotional wellness tools for all ages.
